Seized the largest find of nationally protected dissected animals and one of the largest in Europe

A person has been investigated for the crimes of smuggling and another related to the protection of flora and fauna in the municipality of Bétera (Valencia)

The registry has been carried out in a building of more than 50,000 square meters, finding in its interior 1,090 dissected specimens

Of the specimens found, 405 of the specimens belonged to CITES, some of them even extinct, such as the oryx dammah, or practically extinct, such as the addax or the Bengal tiger.

The value of the pieces found would have an approximate value of more than 29 million euros
