90 kilos of coca leaves hidden in a truck that transported vegetables

When inspecting cargo in a vehicle from Salta that was heading towards the province of Mendoza, Argentine gendarmes observed that between crates with cucumbers and peppers there were 360 ​​packages of different sizes with coca leaves.

Members of the “San Juan” Core Squad at the height of Pje Vallecito in the Caucete department, stopped the march of a truck that was circulating along National Route 141.

When the officials proceeded to control the transport, they detected that among the drawers of vegetables (cucumbers and peppers) there were packages with coca leaves . In the presence of witnesses, they proceeded to count them, a total of 90 kilos of coca leaves were seized.
