Dismantled an organization dedicated to waste traffic between France and Spain

Joint operation of the Civil Guard, French Gendarmerie, National Police and Mossos d’Esquadra in the sphere of Europol

This waste was declared as coming from “construction and demolition (RCD)”, hiding that, in reality, it was waste such as plastic, paper and cardboard, with the consequent serious damage to the environment.

The operation has resulted in 9 detainees and 10 investigated as alleged perpetrators of crimes of Trafficking in Waste, against the Environment, Document Falsity, Disobedience and Membership of a Criminal Organization

The main leaders of the organization are in preventive detention in France
