In the Bieszczady Mountains, Polish Border Guard officers detained illegal immigrants

On Tuesday (01/09) in Bandrów, a patrol of the Border Guard from Krościenko noticed two people with backpacks moving from the border into the territory of the Republic of Poland. It turned out that these are citizens of Turkey who got from Ukraine to Poland in breach of the regulations. They had passports with them, and the traces found confirmed that they had crossed the Polish border illegally. Men aged 29 and 31 were detained. They explained that they planned to go to Germany and work there.
Actions are underway to hand over foreigners to the Ukrainian border services under the readmission agreement.
