Specialized operation of the CDCOC to counteract the trafficking of cultural and historical values

During a specialized police operation of the CDCOC, a deal with cultural and historical values ​​was stopped. Four men were detained at the time of selling coins in Sofia. An expert report established that the coins are Roman and Byzantine, of high scientific and artistic value. In the conditions of urgency, searches and searches of homes and cars were carried out on the territory of Stara Zagora, Plovdiv, Harmanli, Simeonovgrad and Sofia. Other items and objects with external marks of cultural and historical values, which are to be studied, as well as metal detectors and other objects were found.
