The Civil Guard in the so-called ZELENO operation, has proceeded to arrest 11 people belonging to a criminal organization that transported hashish and marijuana from Spain to Central Europe, seizing 202 kilograms of marijuana and 100 of hashish.

The investigation began when the Civil Guard learned that an organization, based in the province of Malaga, made up of Central Europeans and North Africans, could be transporting hidden drugs in thermoses of water from the south of Spain to different European countries. Continuing with the investigations, the agents were able to verify that the members of the organization bought lots of hashish and marijuana that they transported in convoys, with vehicles that provided security, even some ships. Later, in the ships they hid the drug in transport loads that were legal.

To prepare the vehicles, the organization had a workshop located in San Pedro de Alcántara (Málaga) and a warehouse in Lucena (Córdoba). In addition, to cover up logistics tasks they had a company in charge of a figurehead created for this purpose.

As a result of the investigation, it was possible to know the roles of each of the components of the organization. On the one hand, there were people who carried out managerial tasks, other people made up the echelon in charge of handling and concealing the drug in the legal cargo, a group of people transported the narcotics from their place of origin to the secure ships and finally, there were those who performed nursery work.

For this reason, 14 homes were entered and searched, seizing 7 high-end vehicles, two indoor plantations, a pistol, a bulletproof vest and abundant police technical material, of which organizations usually use to rob other organizations. , known as rollovers.

With this operation, the Civil Guard has managed to dismantle a criminal organization that was transporting approximately 200 kilos of hashish and 200 kilos of marijuana from Andalusia to Central Europe and that had the ability to dump other organizations.
