Twenty-six foreign nationals were detected by the Arad border police

At the Nădlac Border Crossing Point, a Romanian citizen was present to carry out the border formalities, on the way out of the country, at the wheel of a road complex consisting of a registered tractor in Romania and semi-trailer registered in Austria. He was transporting food according to the documents accompanying the goods.

Following a thorough inspection of the means of transport, twenty foreign nationals were found hidden in the cargo compartment.

They were picked up and transported to the border police headquarters for investigation. Following preliminary checks, the border guards determined that they were citizens of Vietnam and entered our country on the basis of valid personal documents.

A similar situation was found at the Vărșand Border Crossing Point, Arad County, where the Arad border police officers carried out a detailed control over a road complex, driven by a Ukrainian citizen. According to the documents presented, he was transporting gas cylinders on the Turkey-Poland route.

Thus, six men, citizens of Afghanistan and Pakistan, asylum seekers in Romania were found hidden among the transported goods.
