In the other case, the offenders, who were carrying their goods under the cover of night, were found a few hundred meters from the border. Border guards detained two tobacco smugglers who were carrying almost 3,000 packs of cigarettes toward the border. Administrative offence reports were drawn up for men under Part 2 of Article 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offences, and cigarettes were taken to the subdivision.

In another case, tobacco contraband was discovered by servicemen of Nyzhni Petrivtsi section of Krasnoilsk BG division. First, two kilometres from the state border, law enforcement officers found a group of people who were moving in the direction of a neighboring country.
